Formula for Success is a scholarship coaching and education service that helps students and families approach scholarship hunting with greater strategy, organization, preparation, and consistency.
We believe scholarship hunting is a skill that can be developed and strengthened over time.
F4S supports students at different stages of their educational journey, including high school students, current college students, post-baccalaureate students, graduate students, and students pursuing professional degrees.
The strategy may look different depending on the student’s stage, but the goal remains the same: identify opportunities that fit and approach them with purpose.
Yes. The consultation allows us to learn more about the student, understand where you are in the process, discuss your goals, and determine what type of support may be most useful.
It also gives you an opportunity to learn more about Formula for Success before deciding how you would like to move forward.
For high school students, the student and a parent or guardian should attend together. Scholarship hunting is a family affair, and the initial consultation is designed as a working session for both.
Adult students pursuing college, graduate, post-baccalaureate, or professional programs may attend independently.
Personalized scholarship research is available as a separate F4S service.
Our searches are built around the individual student, including factors such as academics, experiences, leadership, service, interests, career goals, residency, educational level, and other qualifying information.
We believe in fit over frenzy, not handing clients a generic list of scholarships.
No. The student’s voice and experiences should remain at the center of every application.
F4S provides strategy, feedback, coaching, organization, and review to help students strengthen their work and submit more thoughtfully.
No scholarship service can guarantee an award.
Scholarship decisions are made by outside organizations. F4S helps students strengthen their preparation, identify appropriate opportunities, improve their application strategy, and remain consistent throughout the process.
No.
Scholarship hunting should begin before senior year when possible, and it should not automatically end after high school graduation. College, graduate, post-baccalaureate, and professional students can continue searching for funding opportunities as their experiences and goals evolve.
Membership provides ongoing scholarship education and support, including virtual group coaching, access to the private F4S Facebook community, F4S resources, and scholarship opportunities shared with members.
A membership does not replace a personalized scholarship search package and does not include private sessions.
You do not have to commit to ongoing membership to receive support.
F4S offers individual services such as scholarship searches, essay strategy reviews, application audits, resume reviews, and private coaching sessions based on the client’s needs.
Feel free to reach out to me directly with any additional questions. I would be happy to connect with you and help you determine your next step.
